Arkansas

Here's your guide to registering products in Arkansas.

Which product types to register

In Arkansas, you'll need to register:

  • Wine
  • Spirits
  • Beer (currently handled outside of PRO)

You'll need to include the following information for each product you register:

  • Vintage (for wine)
  • Bottle size
  • ABV
  • Bottles per case

How to register your products

  • If you have a new brand, register it as a New Brand.
  • If you have a new COLA under an existing brand, register it as a Line Extension.
  • If you make changes to a label or product that don't require a new COLA, you don't need to register it again. If a new COLA is required, register it as a new brand.
    • If you change distributors, you'll need to re-register your product as well.
  • If you have a variety pack or combo, you don't need to register it separately.
