Here's your guide to registering products in Oklahoma.
Which product types to register
In Oklahoma, you'll need to register:
- Wine
- Malt
- Spirits
You'll need to include the following information for each product you register:
- Vintage
- Bottle size
- Container type
- ABV
- Bottles per selling unit
- Selling units per case
How to register your products
- If you have a new brand, register your product as a New Brand.
- If you have a new COLA under an existing brand, register your product as a Line Extension.
- If you have a variety pack or combo, register your product as a No COLA Registration.
- All labels included in the variety pack or combo must be previously registered as a New Brand or Line Extension.
- If you make changes to a product or label, register your product as a Revision. Typically, there is no fee for a revision, unless the label changes class types, such as with:
- New vintage or age
- New ABV (wine and malt only)
- New container type, size, or case configuration
- Graphics change

Renewals
Oklahoma requires registered beer, wine, and spirit labels to be renewed and paid for annually. The state sends out notifications to licensees in advance with the dates of the renewal period (generally May 1st through June 1st). All registrations expire on June 30th every year. Only active (not expired) registrations can be renewed.
- Beer: Each registered label or COLA must be renewed.
- Wine: Each registered label or COLA must be renewed. Also, each Alcohol by Volume % (ABV %) for each label/COLA must be renewed.
- Spirits: Each registered label or COLA must be renewed. Also, each Alcohol by Volume % (ABV %) and Age for each label/COLA must be renewed.
You'll renew registrations on the Oklahoma renewal portal.
To ensure that your renewal fees are calculated correctly, make sure that you renew all your labels at one time in Oklahoma. If you're importing renewals, don't split up the import file.
