More information
While registrations are not required in Hawaii, the state does have label restrictions that prohibit certain wording and designs. It is advisable to register your products using PRO before shipping into Hawaii, in order to determine whether or not your label is allowable in the state.
When you create a registration, PRO will generate an email and send it to the state for them to view the COLA. They will then respond directly to you via email to approve or reject the registration.
