You can change your ShipCompliant password through the portal, or from the login screen.
Updating your password while logged in

In ShipCompliant, go to the Account icon, then click My Account.
- On the left, click Change Password.

Enter your old and new passwords, then click Apply.
Resetting a forgotten password
- Go to ShipCompliant.
- Click Forgot your password? on the login screen.

Enter your email address and click Submit.
- You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- If you're still having trouble logging in, contact ShipCompliant support.
