Adding valid tracking numbers to orders updates their shipment status automatically. Shipment statuses, such as shipped and delivered, affect other areas of your ShipCompliant account, such as deliverability dashboard metrics, and Customer NPS emails.
Adding tracking numbers individually
- In ShipCompliant, go to Orders and click Batched.
- Locate the shipment you’re adding a tracking number for, using the filters on the left if needed.
- In the Tracking # field, type in the tracking number. Then click .
