While checking for compliance, compliance failures sometimes come up. Label Registration Required rules are among the more common failed compliance checks. To fix the failure, add a verified registration record.
- Read the failure message carefully. At the end of the message, you’ll see the product SKU and associated label, as well as an explanation of the failure.
- If a product is missing a label, go to the Setup tab and click Products.
- Click Edit next to the product that is missing a label.
- In the Label field, start typing the name of the label that belongs to the product, select the appropriate label, then click Save.
- If a product already has an associated label, go to Setup, then click Label Reg.
- Make sure to check the following:
- The label in question is registered in all states where your orders are shipping to;
- The effective date is on or before the date of your order;
- The license type is correct and applicable to your order;
- The registration status is Approved.
