You may have COLA’s and labels in ShipCompliant that you no longer produce but still sell. If you’d like to remove these from view, you can hide them; don’t delete them. Deleting means your products won't have associated labels, and compliance won’t be accurate if you enter orders later. Hiding labels is a great way to free up space, while keeping your data intact.
There are 2 ways to hide your labels/COLA’s - in bulk or one-by-one.
Hiding multiple labels at once
- In ShipCompliant, go to Setup, then click Labels/COLAs.
- Select the boxes on the left-hand side of the page for each label you're hiding.
- Click Bulk Actions at the top of the page.
- Click Hide Selected Labels.
- Your labels are now hidden. To unhide them again, read the following section.
The terms COLA and label are sometimes used interchangeably. A federal Certificate of Label Approval (COLA) is a federal registration of your label. Not all labels need federal approval, but all COLA’s have labels. Read more about COLA’s and how to apply for them.
